The cost of the program is $150 per vehicle. Registration provides access to the West Compost Depot at Highway 7 and the East Compost Depot off Highway 5 (see restrictions for vehicle types not permitted) from mid-spring to early November.  A trailer does not require separate registration.  This registration is not refundable.
